Jennifer started in the fintech industry through a backdoor - working at a hardware company that had just designed a mobile payment “sled” for the Apple iPod. To bring it to market, she partnered with the Apple MFi team to certify the hardware — making sure it integrated seamlessly with iOS devices and upheld Apple’s brand reputation. Learning the Apple method taught her that product launches aren’t just deadlines, they’re reputations on the line. She’s carried this discipline into every role every since, where execution needs to match the ambition of the strategy.

A seasoned operator, she previously held leadership roles at Worldpay, from FIS and Infinite Peripherals. She has scaled mission-critical functions, resolved multimillion-dollar cost impacts, and is known for bringing alignment, clarity, and execution during periods of change.

A speaker on data-driven decision-making, Jennifer has also provided expert testimony to the California Senate on credit card data protection technology. She has been featured in RSPA, The Point-of-Sale News, and Apparel Magazine.
