Jennifer started in the payments industry through a backdoor - working at a hardware company that had just designed a mobile payment “sled” for the Apple iPod. To bring the product to market, she worked with Apple’s MFi team to certify the device for the iOS ecosystem.

Learning the Apple method taught her that product launches aren’t just deadlines, they’re reputations on the line. She’s carried this discipline throughout her career where execution needs to match the ambition of the strategy.

Today, Jennifer operates as a fractional Chief of Staff helping payments companies stabilize operations and execute through complex transitions.

Previously a senior leader at Worldpay (Vantiv/FIS) and Infinite Peripherals, Jennifer is known for stepping into ambiguous situations and restoring operational clarity.

A speaker on data-informed decision-making, Jennifer has also provided expert testimony to the California Senate on credit card data protection technology. She has been featured in RSPA, The Point-of-Sale News, and Apparel Magazine.

She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona.
